Coming to Atlanta Senior Living Communities in 2026

Skilled therapy. Real places. Better outcomes for seniors.

ESD Health is launching a physician-ordered group occupational therapy program — delivered as outings to Atlanta's botanical gardens, museum galleries, and historic sites — for residents of assisted living and continuing care communities.

We're partnering with a small number of communities for our pilot launch. If you lead clinical services or a community at an ALF or CCRC in metro Atlanta, we'd like to hear from you.

Clinical

Group occupational therapy under Medicare Part B (CPT 97150). Licensed-OT delivered. Documented to the standard.

Cultural

Sessions take place at Atlanta's most beloved venues — the Botanical Garden, the High Museum, the Carter Library, and others.

Combined

Not enrichment with a clinical label. Not therapy with a fun name. Both, intentionally, by design.

For Facility Leaders

Bring this program to your community.

We're partnering with a small number of metro Atlanta facilities for our pilot. If you'd like to be in the conversation, leave your details below and we'll reach out as we begin pilot outreach.

For Families and Clinicians

Be the first to know when we launch.

Adult children, residents, physicians, and discharge planners — leave your email and we'll send a single update when the program is open for referrals.
